Service enquiries are not automatic contracts
Website descriptions and starting prices are informational. A direct project begins only after fit and capacity are confirmed and both parties accept a written scope, price, payment terms, responsibilities, and delivery conditions. Sending an enquiry does not reserve capacity or create an obligation to purchase.
Bookings and platform purchases
Consultations booked through Cal.com, Fiverr orders, Gumroad purchases, and services reached through other platforms are also subject to the checkout, cancellation, delivery, and platform terms shown there. Those platform-specific terms apply to the relevant transaction.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, sales, conversions, revenue, uninterrupted third-party services, or specific AI outputs. Any project-specific commitments are limited to the written scope accepted for that project.
